Today, a new generation of Afro-Brazilian entrepreneurs and innovators is building across sectors — often without access to the global networks that could help amplify their work.

This is designed for individuals who are already building, investing, or operating with purpose — and are ready to extend that work across the African diaspora.
Through our partnership with the Future in Black Conference, participants can extend their Brazil experience with 3 days in São Paulo — moving from deep relationship-building in Salvador to broader network access in Brazil's economic capital.
Travel, accommodation, and meals in São Paulo not included.
We are curating a cohort of 10–15 participants for October 20–24, 2026.
Selection is based on alignment with the purpose of the experience, professional trajectory and current work, and what each participant brings to the room.
Diaspora Collaboratives connects people across the African diaspora through place-based learning, dialogue, and shared exploration. An immersive experience platform by Uplift Global Consulting.
The Salvador Exchange is curated in partnership with Pan-African Council, Vale do Dendê, and the Future in Black Conference.
Yuniya Khan is the founder of Uplift Global Consulting and the creator of the Diaspora Collaboratives platform. With a background in public administration and international development, she specializes in building cross-border connections across the African diaspora. Her work spans strategic partnerships, immersive programming, and ecosystem development across Africa, the Americas, and the Caribbean.
Rogério Siqueira is a journalist, international project manager, and institutional articulator serving as CEO of Pan-African Trading and Ambassador of the Pan-African Council for Brazil. His work spans the Brazil–Africa–Europe axis, encompassing cultural diplomacy, strategic partnerships, and transnational production. He has collaborated with organizations including Netflix, Google, Meta, and BeyGOOD/Beyoncé, and serves as Press and Institutional Relations Manager at Future in Black.
