A different kind of global experience

Designed to connect you to the relationships that matter—at the right moment.

Across the African diaspora, talent, capital, and influence are growing. But they remain underconnected across regions.

In our current fragmented global landscape, that gap matters. Because the strength of our networks increasingly determines where we can move, build, and collaborate.

Strengthening those connections—across Africa, the Caribbean, and the Americas—is not just meaningful. It's critical to our collective capacity to operate, build, and thrive globally.

This experience is designed with that in mind: to build direct, cross-border relationships with people shaping ecosystems in real time—and to strengthen the connective tissue of the diaspora itself.

What makes this different

Not a conference. Not tourism.
Designed around who is in the room, and how they connect.

A deliberately small cohort (10–15 participants)
Direct, in-person access to founders, operators, and ecosystem leaders in Bahia
Structured for depth, not volume
Built to foster trust, alignment, and real exchange
Oriented toward relationships that extend beyond the experience
What you'll walk away with

Relationships that move
across borders with you.

Direct relationshipswith people building and shaping ecosystems in real time

A peer group of 10–15 participantsoperating at a high level across the diaspora

Clearer visibilityinto where real opportunity exists—and how to engage it

Context to navigate Brazil's ecosystemwith grounded understanding, not assumptions

Pathways to collaboration, partnership, or investment—where alignment is real

Relationships that continue beyond the experience—and move across borders with you

The most culturally rich center of the African diaspora in the Americas

Salvador, Bahia carries a majority Afro-descendant population and a deep legacy of cultural continuity, resistance, and creativity. It is not just a destination — it is a living ecosystem.

Today, a new generation of Afro-Brazilian entrepreneurs and innovators is building across sectors — often without access to the global networks that could help amplify their work.

For those paying attention, this moment offers early engagement with an emerging ecosystem before it becomes widely known.

Already building. Ready to go further.

This is designed for individuals who are already building, investing, or operating with purpose — and are ready to extend that work across the African diaspora.

You'll likely be a strong fit if you:

  • Are actively building or deploying capital—not just exploring
  • Think globally, and see diaspora connections as strategic, not symbolic
  • Value relationships, trust, and long-term alignment
  • Want to be in a room where everyone brings something real to the table

This is not for:

  • Passive participants or observers
  • Early-stage exploration without clear direction
  • Transaction-first mindsets without interest in relationship-building
  • Those looking for a conference, tour, or low-engagement experience
